Henry by Kamcart provides AI-assisted listing tools for online sellers. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us with privacy questions.

Information we collect

We may collect account details, contact information, billing information, connected marketplace data, usage logs, and uploaded product content. Product content may include titles, descriptions, categories, item specifics, brand, UPC or other identifiers, condition, pricing information, and product images. When a campaign link brings you to Henry, we may retain limited campaign labels such as source, medium, campaign name, landing path, and referring website domain so we can understand which outreach is useful. We do not store the full referring URL for this purpose.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, process billing, support users, improve performance, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

To prevent repeated trial abuse, we may process account email, IP address, browser or device identifiers, and basic request metadata. Trial-control records use hashed identifiers where practical.

We may also use listing data and product images to build and improve Oscar, our shared product catalog and product-recognition system. Product knowledge incorporated into Oscar may improve results provided to other Henry Lister users. Oscar is not intended to contain payment information, private marketplace credentials, or personal account contact details.

Third-party services

Henry Lister may use third-party providers for payments, hosting, analytics, storage, or marketplace integrations. Those providers may process information as needed to deliver their services.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service and Oscar, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Product content incorporated into Oscar, de-identified or aggregated catalog records, system improvements, and reasonable backups may remain after an account is closed.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect service data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can contact us to request account updates, account deletion, or removal of specific submitted content, subject to applicable law, the rights of others, and reasonable operational, technical, and backup limitations.
